Nick C Smith. Chronic metabolic disease researcher - Boyd L. Jentzsch
For the past 15 years I have studied the peer-reviewed research related to lifestyle-driven causes of chronic metabolic diseases. I have written about this information for lay audiences in the form of web articles, lesson plans, presentations, and brochures.
The thrust of this writing has been to validate appropriate lifestyle changes to either reduce the risk of overweight/obesity and its comorbidities, or convey to those suffering from these diseases how to mitigate their effects via lifestyle change rather than sole reliance on pharmacotherapy.
